Olean, N.Y.

Olean was founded in the early 1800s. At 6.2 square miles, it is the largest city in Cattaraugus County and serves as its financial, business, transportation and entertainment center. It is one of the principal cities of the Southern Tier region of New York and is located where the Olean Creek flows into the Allegheny River by the Southern Tier Expressway. Nearby attractions include St. Bonaventure University and Allegany State Park.
