DONATES $118,000 TO SUPPORT NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THROUGHOUT WISCONSIN
Piggly Wiggly® Midwest hosted its 17th Annual Retail & Vendor Charity Golf Outing to raise funds for eight nonprofit organizations devoted to various causes, including fighting hunger and promoting food security throughout Wisconsin. The outing brought Piggly Wiggly Midwest employees, franchise owners, vendors and partners together for a great event in support of local Wisconsin communities. From this successful event, Piggly Wiggly Midwest made a $118,000 donation to the following organizations:
- Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin (Milwaukee, Wisconsin)
- Hunger Task Force (Milwaukee, Wisconsin)
- Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin (Madison, Wisconsin)
- Big Brothers Big Sisters Wisconsin (South Central Wisconsin)
- Ozaukee Family Services (Cedarburg, Wisconsin)
- Hamann’s Helping Hands (Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin)
- Racine Zoo (Racine, Wisconsin)
- Special Olympics Wisconsin (Madison, Wisconsin)
