C&S Wholesale Grocers is ranked 27th among the 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces for 2010, according to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Last year, C&S ranked 28th.

GU Markets LLC, a division of C&S Wholesale Grocers, has announced that they have raised $137,460 since 2006 through their summer and holiday season Food For All campaigns. With the direct support of their customers and employees, funds from the campaigns have benefitted local and regional Feeding America food banks.
