C&S Spring/Summer Food Show 2010

We, the committee for the C&S “Margaritaville” Spring/Summer Food Show 2010,
would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our latest extravaganza which will
take place at Mohegan Sun Casino on Tuesday, February 16th,and Wednesday, February
17th, 2010. There is a special early opening for GM/HBC on Tuesday, February 16th from
12:00 – 5:00 PM. Your participation in this special event is very important to us and we
would like to make this experience as rewarding for you as it is for our customers.

Enclosed you will find pertinent information regarding the food show that hopefully will
make your participation easier. We feel that the information contained in this packet will
give you a better understanding of what is taking place, as well as keep you informed of
the rules and regulations set forth by Mohegan Sun.

If you have any questions regarding the information contained in this packet, please do
not hesitate to contact us.

We would like you to be our guest at a reception honoring you and our customers being
held on Tuesday evening, February 16th from 7:00 – 10:00 PM at Jimmy Buffett’s
“Margaritaville” at Mohegan Sun. On Wednesday morning, February 17th breakfast will
be served for your convenience in the Nipmuk Room located on the floor above the pre-function area to the right of the escalators in the Convention Center. Coffee will be
served in the pre-function area of the Convention Center from 6:00 – 8:00 AM.
