Richard Wyckoff
Richard Wyckoff is Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing and Chief Customer Officer. Richard is responsible for accelerating our efforts in the areas of sales, marketing and customer service so that we can ensure that all of our customers are braggingly happy. Before joining C&S, Richard was President and owner of W Strategic Consulting, LLC. In this capacity, Richard worked with customers ranging from pre-revenue startups to multi-billion dollar corporations. In addition, he was lead investor and co-founded Herbal Water, Inc., a flavored water, which has earned national distribution within natural foods retail channels.
From 1998 through 2006, Richard was a senior executive with the Aramark organization where he experienced continued career advancement culminating with the role as President of Refreshment Services, and Business and Industry Facilities Services Group for North America.
Prior to Aramark, Richard was President of Culbro Corporation’s Imperial Nurseries subsidiary. His strategic redirection of the company yielded a significant financial turnaround while enabling the company to grow rapidly. Richard started his career in sales at IBM Corporation where he assumed greater responsibilities in various sales, marketing and sales management positions. Between work at IBM and Culbro, Richard returned to academe, earning an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and graduating as a Baker Scholar. Richard had previously earned a B.S. in Business Administration at Boston University, majoring in Marketing.
