Rick Cohen

Rick Cohen is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is the third generation of the Cohen family to lead the Company. Rick grew up in the business, working summers until his graduation from college in 1974, when he came to work full time at C&S. Rick became CEO in 1989.

In 2002, Rick was a national finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award and he serves on the Board of Directors of the Food Marketing Institute (FMI). His community service includes membership on the Board of Overseers at Dartmouth Medical Center. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Cohen Center for Holocaust Studies at Keene State College in New Hampshire. During the past two decades, he has served on the boards of various other civic organizations in both Brattleboro, Vt. and Keene, N.H.
